Had the same problem before and had to return it. Label on the box says aluminium and cork and yet I’ve again the tray is black and painted. To be fair the company is good with customer service so I’ll expect to get a new one when they can

The quality is good, and the Valet looks great, but the price is just too high for what it is in the end. A lower price would make this product much more viable.

It is a great product, but to be honest, the price is just too much for it. A smaller price would make this product so much more attractive.
Shipping took over 8 weeks when it said on the website that it should have been 5-7 days. Though customer service was great and explained the situation when asked.
I purchased the laptop stand, main desk stand and the MagSafe phone holder. I am impressed with the quality of each, and they all serve their purpose well and look great on my desk. The MagSafe holder is sturdy, though there was confusion that this does NOT include the MagSafe puck itself which needs to be bought separately.
My laptop stand did arrive with a small blemish/damage, but the customer service team at Raico were excellent and helped me resolve my issues quickly.
I really like how my productivity increased by using Raico stuff.

Great headphone stand. Keeps padding on headphones proctected and for wired headphones the walnut tray helps keeps wired cord organized. Only thing I wasn't 100% satisfied with was the finish on the walnut wood could have been better. Also, there were some minor inperfections on some corners. For this price point, the walnut wood should be flawless and have a nice glossy sealed coating.
Paired with a white wood desk shelf and this is a fantastic addition.
